Northbridge exists to separate application failures from routing, transport and infrastructure failures. Measurements are deliberately narrow, repeatable and time-stamped.

The lab does not sell connectivity, collect public submissions or publish user-level traffic. Its public pages describe the method, while operational measurements remain private.
